    We just cofigured our web module and will be allowing access at the end of the month.  One big issue that I need to get resolved and have not had any success with is the date format.  My users will be very confused by the dd/MM/YY format that is currently displaying on the web.  I've check the host server's regional/language settings and have them set as mm/dd/yy and also copied these to reserved accounts.  I've checked the .net globalization settings in IIS 7 and it is set to en-US.  I've checked the international settings in the registry but still no luck??  Any suggestions would be most appreciated!!

     

    It is hosted on a:  Dell ProLiant DL120 G7 64-bit server on Windows Server 2008 SP2 with HelpMaster version 13.3.27.

    We have updated HelpMaster to add a region selection drop down box to the web interface settings screen, this will allow setting the regional formats to any region. this will be available in the next maintenance release.

    There is a workaround that you can use at the moment,
    If you open your database and locate the table tblWebInterfaceSettings, there is a setting in this table named 'DefaultLanguage' find this item and change its value to en-US.

    NOTE: this may require users that have already logged in to the web interface to reset their cookies. (In the next maintenance release this will not be required).
    Only regional codes starting with an en at the start will work correctly using this fix e.g(en-US, en-NZ, en-AU, etc). (In the next maintenance release all regional codes will work)
