1 Replies and 12433 Views Internet Explorer Settings for AD Web Module Login    12433  1 Started by  Dennis Odri To get an auto AD login as a Client or Staff user via the HelpMaster Pro Web Module, the IIS server needs to be added to the Trusted Sites zone and needs to be modified to allow the current AD user login to be passed through to the Web Module as follows; 1. Open IE's Internet options from the 'Tools' menu and click on the 'Security' tab, 2. Click on the 'Trusted Sites' zone and then the 'Sites' button, 3. Add your HelpMaster server name e.g. 'webserver' and/or FQDN e.g. 'webserver.domain.com....

4 Replies and 15551 Views Validation message : This Member ID already exists. Please enter another Member ID.  15551  4 Started by  Anne Savoie I turned on the Active Directory integration feature and all users validated fine except three.  In error I had the feature to delete users if not found in Active Directory so they got deleted  I recreated the 3 users and they can now log in but they get the following message in the Active Directory Event log in HelpMaster v.15.8.5. 0 Replies and 6342 Views Import client pictures/photos from Active Directory  6342  0 Started by  Rod Weir Quick Active Directory tip. Use the Field-mappings section of your Active Directory profiles to import/synchronize the client picture from Active Directory.  The picture will be displayed in the client screen, as well as any Action Log entries for that client/staff. Use the 'User' menu > 'Preferences' to select the Action Log display settings.

 As the title suggests, I'd like to add a new mapping between HMP and AD.&160; It looks like the mappings are hard coded in the app but if someone knows a way to add a new one I'd like to know how to do it. &160; Edit: We're running version 9.0.4.434.
