Change Management in HelpMaster is a relatively new feature that is evolving rapidly. Based off live-use in small and large departments, our "to do" list of development tasks is looking great, and there are exciting times ahead for this feature.
Recent developments include:
- Better voting and visibility via the web portal
- A new "Manual approval" status, to differentiate from a "Pre-approved" change
- Better email communication for the different stages of the change (lots more to do here...)
- Improved user interface and overall flow of designing and requesting a change
