New website for HelpMaster
PRD Software has a new website for HelpMaster!
We’ve given our online presence a complete makeover, and are making changes with the way we will deliver content, product updates, downloads and other information.
In time we’ll be releasing more information about this, but here’s a brief summary of what’s new.
A new look
Our previous website served us well to a point, but it was well and truly time for an upgrade. We’ve ditched the old CMS style website, and are now using a modern, less cluttered site that is optimized for both desktop and mobile devices. The new website is fast, easier to update and will help with marketing, SEO and content creation.
Revised content and resources
HelpMaster has always been a feature-rich, flexible and powerful helpdesk ticketing tool. This new website aims to showcase the product in a simple and clear manner, highlighting features and concepts with fresh graphic design and video content.
Our new blog section will deliver general helpdesk and service managment related material, and focus on insights, tips and best-practice service management and IT support related content.
Much of the HelpMaster-specific configuration advice, content and other material will be published to the new “Configuration ” section of the HelpMaster Documentation site .
As you look around the site, you’ll notice that there are several short animations and video links that showcase features within HelpMaster. Over time we’ll be developing and publishing a lot more video and explainer-style content.
Where’s the login? How do I download HelpMaster?
This has changed. There will be no registration or login to this website. This will remain a static site for information and content only. Here’s some option though…
For new users / evaluations
If you would like a product demonstration, or download HelpMaster for evaluation, please contact PRD Software to schedule a demo and download.
For existing users of HelpMaster
All downloads will be handled on a separate site which is our own implementation of HelpMaster. See the Downloads page for further information on this. All existing customers and users of HelpMaster are encouraged to sign-in, or sign-up for an account, and access your downloads, and other account information directly from within our support portal.
All existing users/clients of HelpMaster will be contacted soon with specific information on how to do this.
