Thanks for the post and welcome to the new HelpMaster Pro discussion board. This is a good idea. Currently the Email Manager cannot filter by email addresses at the profile level - it can only exclude email addresses at the global, "blacklisted" level.

Being able to filter at the profile level would give greater control of the processing of email. We'll definately add this to our wish list. We're also looking at the idea of using such a filter to scan the "Sent items" of multiple inboxes looking for "Sent on behalf of ????" (eg. Helpdesk) and then moving that sent email into the sent folder of the account that it was sent on behalf of.

eg. If you sent an email on behalf of the helpdesk, then automatically move the email to the sent items box of the helpdesk account.

As a potential workaround for now, you may like to consider using the Microsoft Outlook Rules Wizard to set up custom rules that will pre-filter your inbox and then move the email to another inbox that the HelpMaster Pro Email Manager is looking at.
