1 Replies and 6633 Views Colour text within a job  6633  1 Started by  Joanne Crang Hi, Not sure if someone has raised this before but is there anyway coloured text can be added to progress notes etc We get lots of emails that might say please delete the names in red.&160; This is difficult when the job has been automatically created in helpmaster with everything in black! I assume this is a general helpmaster issue not just email manager! Thanks Joanne &160;

1 Replies and 6530 Views Favourite Reports  6530  1 Started by  Timo dlvw There is a large number of reports in Helpmaster (standard, and custom reports). We tend to use bits from a number of them to create our own performance dashboard. It would be nice if you could designate a number of mostly used reports as 'favourite' to make for easy navigation. this could be a flag, different colour or whatever.

4 Replies and 7342 Views Our 6 digit helpdesk job numbers not displaying  7342  4 Started by  Joanne Crang &160; Since our HD numbers have gotten larger - they are now 6 digits, it would be good if we could get the ‘Find Job’ text box made a wee bit longer – maybe to &160;fit in a couple more numbers &160; The first digit disappears when we enter it in the Find Job. &160; &160;

4 Replies and 6705 Views retaining search criteria  6705  4 Started by  Timo The current search criteria/filter is very good for searching for jobs or reporting on them. When I click on the 'set filter' icon I can set the parameters that I require and run the report. Once I have applied the filter but then want to make a modification to it the search criteria already selected will be cleared upon entry of that window. I would like it to retain the already selected criteria. I may have selected the parameters but when I run the report I may find that I need to narrow dow...
