We have an issue whereby if a user tries to log on to the web interface using the AD auto logon and their session has not terminated since they last logged on to the web interface, they cannot log on. We are using a 20 minute timeout for the web interface. When adding an action to a job, have option to add this action to the knowledgebase  which after logging the action opens a knowledgebase screen with the details of the action already populated into the knowledgebase article and any attachments from the action attached to the article.   Yes!  Great idea.. definitely added to the wishlist... Currently we can set a reminder but this reminder only appears for the person who has set it. It would be good if you could set a reminder for another person.
