A crosstab report, with rows > Staff, Job Type and column > Issue with a count of job type. Then be able to do all the filters, date range, status, issue, site&160;etc. Perhaps option to view Issue grouped/ungrouped. Maybe have a new report that you can build your own crosstab, ie which rows and columns make up the crosstab, and what to count, eg number of jobs, time spent, number overdue.. It currently has a check box under the frequency tab labeled 'Only run within working hours'.
