4 Replies and 7179 Views The user Welcome Screen  7179  4 Started by  Knowledge Bird Hi all, &160; I would like the user to be able to set their office hours in advance. Example: Staff that are permanently 8.30am - 5pm, Tuesday to Thursday could just set that as their HMP office hours. So then I could have email manager assign to that staff member on those days and then on the other days, just drop the Incident into the skillgroup for other staff members to pick up. How else could I do this &160; cheers.

Email Manager - the ability to scan to & from addresses (I think has been already mentioned). We currently scan 2 mailboxes to achieve what we want - but this adds to our licence count 2.
